Open Question: Can someone name this creepy crawly?

Found and killed something in my home today and need to know what it is to make sure it's harmless. It had two short cricket-like antennae, body very thin (1/10th of an inch or less) and around 1 1/2 inches long, lots of very thin legs giving it a fuzzy appearance. No obvious body segments or at least very tiny ones. It was either brown or black with a white or cream colored underside. Guesses are welcome so that I can check against pictures. I looked up the home centipede and it does look similar. However, the top was much darker (brownish-blackish) than the tan markings I look on random pictures of home centipedes. The bottom is the right color and the size is about right, so it could be that this was a close cousin or a similar species. Thank you!

Open Question: My tarantula seems to be sick. PLEASE HELP!!?

Her and I have been traveling a lot lately but she's been in the same place the past week. She's new I've only had her three weeks and every of the crickets that the pet store gave me are gone though the last one seemed to just die on me today. I brought her out of the nest that she's starting to build in her tank but she hated leaving. I hated moving her but she was out of crickets so she needed to arrive with me. It's been a three hour car ride and we're both pretty sleepy. She hasn't had a problem with car rides before but this time now that we're here she is just livid. She's not reactingg to much, barely moving. I'm really worried about her. PLEASE HELP ME! I adore MY BABY! She's still a baby spider. Her body is only about an inch long.

I'm thinking about getting a pet lizard, and blue tongued skinks are my favorite. I was wondering are they really difficult to care for or are they pretty easy to care for? Also, how big do they generally receive? Also, how do you keep live food like crickets? I don't want to keep them in the home because they are noisy and I don't want them to receive loose in the home, but I want to keep the lizard in the home. Open Question: How do I make more variety in my Betta's diet?

I have a single male betta who I'm keeping in a 5 gallon tank with filter, light, etc. and I feel like I don't have enough to feed him. Here are my foods so far: Top Fin pellets Blood worms BeefHeart Brine Shrimp Vegetable diet (contains things like Romaine Lettuce) And that's it. You may think that's enough (or not) but I feel like if I was a betta, I'd want more options. I of course alternate between foods. I have also had him a little over two weeks. Can someone recommend some more food options? (I already know about fruit flies, but my family don't want them in the home, flightless or not.) What are some more food options? And can I feed my Betta live crickets? (BTW, it would be the tiny crickets you receive in containers in the pet store.

Open Question: Can Leopard Geckos eat raw/cooked chicken breast?

I have several Leopard geckos & was wondering (please don't judge me for this weird/maybe stupid question) if they can eat raw or cooked chicken breast in place of the crickets I buy every week? I was thinking I'd clip the chicken to a meal worm sized slices & dust the chicken rather than the crickets? I hand feed every of my Leos & don't look them turning it down (they never turn anything down from my hand) but before I actually try it & feed it to them I thought I'd ask if any one knew if this may be bad for them or if it would be ok?! I guess I'm just wondering if there's anything in it that can cause them hurt? Please, only respond if you know what your talking about.
